Igor Butman Jazz Orchestra of Moscow out

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree on the establishment of the Moscow Jazz Orchestra under the renowned saxophonist, People's Artist of Russia Igor Butman, a source in the city administration. "The orchestra was founded in order to create favorable conditions for the preservation and development of national jazz" - told RIA Novosti.
