With the Bolshoi demanded 4 million rubles for copyright infringement

Tver Court of Moscow to the production claim composer Yuri Soloviev-Savoyarova (Yuri Hanin), in which they needed to recover from the Bolshoi Theatre 4 million rubles for the violation of his rights. This was reported by the Russian news agency legal and judicial information (RAPS) court spokesman Ekaterina Ilina. According to the court case, the plaintiff is the author of "Middle Symphony", which was used by the choreographer Alexei Rotmanskogo - in an act ballet "Middle Duet". According to the plaintiff, at the Bolshoi Theater "made repeated public performance of the ballet" in which "repeatedly and publicly, without his knowledge, consent and payment of fees" performing some of his musical work. In this context, the composer asks the court to compensate him Bolshoi damages that the plaintiff estimated at 4 million rubles. According to the spokesman, the hearing in the civil case for 3rd May planned. RAPS commented yet specified Bolshoi lawsuit claims.
