Presnensky Court of Moscow on 25 Appointed September hearing on the lawsuit singer Elena Vaenga (Khruleva) on NTV challenging, to 15 million rubles for the violation of the right to representation and the right to collect on privacy. The plaintiff asked her to pay her compensation of 3 million rubles, but the court granted her requirements only partially. The lawsuit which was published in the Journal of 1 June this year under the headline: "Elena Vaenga: pregnant and happy," and a photo of plaintiff. The singer said that she did not agree to the collection and dissemination of information about his private life.
