Nikolai Baskov became the owner of 17 November International Prize in the field of culture and art, and the award of Higher Academic Council of the national program "Person of the Year 2009" in Ukraine. Nicholas Basque International Prize will be to their owners at the award ceremony of the "Man of the Year 2009", which will be March 20 at the National Palace of Arts "Ukraine" in Kiev awarded by Intermedia. "Golden Tenor" has the title People's Artist of Ukraine, People's Artist of Russia.
